Create a Community Project

caGrid Community Projects, endorsed by the caGrid Knowledge Center, enables developers to contribute components and extensions to the caGrid community. The effort provides community members with a software repository, software compilation and testing system, forums, mentorship, best practices and community awareness that together facilitate community development and adoption. Each project may have its own infrastructure (e.g., repository, wiki or mailing list for user support), or utilize any of the available infrastructure hosted by the Knowledge Center. It is likely that some projects will use all available components while others may only require support to publicize their project. Both approaches are welcome. Community projects are expected to support the goals of caGrid:
