Step 2 - Change Permissions

Now that the spaces for the new release have been created, we need to change the space permissions so that anonymous users cannot access this protected information (we don't want the public reading the new release documentation before the actual release). This will require a user to log in before viewing the new version spaces and pages.

1. In the new space, select Edit --> Administration --> Space Administration
2. Select Permissions from the left hand panel.
3. Click any of the Edit Permissions buttons on the permissions page.
4. Scroll down and UNCHECK the View checkbox for "Anonymous" under the "Anonymous Access" section.
5. Click Save All
6. Repeat these steps for all of the new spaces
