Step 1 - Change Permissions

It's time to go live and release the new documentation. To start, we need to make all of the new documentation public. Recall that during the preparation phase, we made all of the new version spaces and pages private by not allowing anonymous users to view the pages. It's time to reverse that action.

It's best to go down the list of spaces in the dashboard to make sure that none of the version spaces are missed: http://cagrid.org/dashboard.action

Change permissions for all of the new version spaces:

1. Select Edit --> Administration --> Space Administration from the new version space.
2. Select Permissions from the "Security" section in the left hand panel.
3. Click Edit Permissions.
4. Check the box View for Anonymous Access.
5. Click Save All.
6. Repeat these steps for all new version spaces and miscellaneous version pages in the Downloads and Documentation spaces.
