Exporting Wiki Pages to PDF

To export files from the wiki site to PDF format:

• Mouse over the View toolbar at the top right corner of the page
• Select Export to Adobe Acrobat(PDF)
• Save the file

If you want to export several pages within a space and splice them together:

• Export each page separately
• Open Adobe Acrobat
• Select Combine Files from the toolbar
• Add files in the order you would like them to appear
• Select 'Next'
• Select 'Create'
• Select 'Save'

If any images do not fit on the PDF page:

• Select Export to Microsoft Word from the View toolbar
• Open the Microsoft Word Document
• Right-Click the image and select size
• Re-size while maintianing the ratio until it fits on the page
• From the main menu, mouse over Save-As, and select Save as PDF

Your Word Document will now be converted to a PDF file.

If you would like to include the NCI header

• Export the page to word
• Switch to print layout
• Right click the header section and select Edit Header
• Copy the NCI Header
• Select Save as PDF

• In this case, every page was uploaded separately, then combined using the method outlined above
• Be sure that when the page has been uploaded that all the images do in fact fit
  • If they do not, see section on resizing the image via MS Word
