Requesting Community Feedback on caGrid 1.4 Deprecation Plan

caGrid Community,

The caGrid development team has posted a draft of the caGrid 1.4 deprecation plan.

The deprecation plan specifies changes to APIs, service interfaces, and Grid protocols. Please take the time to review the plan and consider the impact to your organization. We are soliciting feedback until COB February 12, 2010.

Please provide feedback by replying to the caGrid Knowledge Center forum thread.

The monthly caGrid User Group meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 21.

Topic: Integrating CSM Authorization with a caCORE Application

Mark Grand, of Emory University, will discuss his experiences integrating CSM authorization with a caCORE application. New software components that make the combination more secure and easier to administer will also be discussed.
